Family Support

Family life is full of rewards and challenges. Finding the right support at the right time is important.

Family Support has a range of information and advice services for parents and carers.

Baby and toddler groups, parent and toddler groups or stay and play sessions are open to parents, carers, grandparents, and childminders. They provide an opportunity to meet new people and to enjoy play activities in a safe, informal and friendly atmosphere. They help to support children’s transition to the Early Years Foundation Stage when they start pre-school, nursery, or Reception class. Most groups run sessions that last for up to two hours.
