Trident Reach Homeless Service

Trident Reach's Homeless Services offers supported housing for single homeless people within Sandwell. Supported accommodation is available for both men and women who are aged 18 and over and are at risk of homelessness.

They currently provide 36 self-contained flats across Wednesbury and Smethwick.

Referrals into this service are managed by the Vulnerable People Housing Service within Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council on 0121 368 1166

The length of stay is 12 months. 

The support available is to assist people towards independent living.

All services have access to an evening concierge service as well as an out-of-hours service.
