Guide Dogs

Guide Dogs exists to provide life-changing services to the 360,000 people who are registered blind or partially sighted, and the two million people in the UK living with sight loss.

We provide a range of services with and beyond the dog to help thousands of people with different needs lead confident, independent and fulfilling lives.

Children and young people's services

Our children and young people’s Freephone Advice Line is staffed by specialists who listen and advise on a range of practical and emotional support services for families and carers of children with a vision impairment, as well as to children themselves.

Contact us for information, advice and guidance on how to access our tailored support services including: support at early diagnosis, your child’s mobility needs in and out of school, benefits, grants and educational support, technology, family days out, emotional support and guide dog services.
