Personal Assistant Support (Sandwell Short Breaks Offer)

Matched Personal Assistants to support children and young people to access activities in the community. A maximum of 104 hours per child/young person per annum. To be taken 2 hours per week or 4 hours per fortnight.

PA Support could be a buddy to go along with you to a concert, a new group or a weekend away. It could mean helping you to go swimming or use public transport or for parents or families.

It could just mean giving you the time and space to visit a friend, do the weekly shopping, have an evening out, or even just do nothing at all.
