This service provides a transition into school for families coming from overseas. It supports children and their families/carers who are new to Sandwell and the UK and speak English as an additional langauge.
The Centre has the capacity for 75 children in 3 classrooms KS1,KS2 and KS3&4
We can assist with settling in Sandwell, integration, applying for school admissions, registering with GP’s and any other additional ad-hoc support.
Families that require support either from point of dispersal, receiving a home office decision or refugees from another borough, please contact the LAASLO team.
