Summer Holiday Activities for Children 4 - 11 years with Disabilities (Sandwell Short Breaks Offer)

What's provided?

The service will run for 2 weeks of the holiday period for 4 to 11-year-olds. 5 sessions per week. Every session will have 10 places available ( 5 for those with a sever need pro rata). The children will register for the full 2 week period. The sessions will operate for 5 hours each day.
