Hamstead Library
Anyone can join Sandwell's libraries, no matter where they live. Becoming a member is free and entitles you to borrow books, DVDs, CDs and other items from any library.
Library members are also able to access computers and free WiFi and can borrow eBooks and eAudiobooks. Wi-Fi Printing available.
Lots of events, activities and groups also take place in your local library including:
Knit and Natter, Adult Reading Group, Carer's peer support group, coffee mornings and afternoon tea
Homework Help- available every day after school (when library is open),Saturdays and school holidays. 4 Free printouts. Free Online Encyclopedia Britannica available
X-Box One and PS4 available for use on request
Volunteer Opportunities- the library offers the chance to volunteer
Hamstead Library Friends Group is open to anyone interested in supporting the library
