Brotherhood is a youth- led culturally responsive emotional wellbeing resilience programme for young black males aged 10-19yrs of African and/or Caribbean origin/heritage living in Sandwell and the surrounding areas of the Black Country. Brotherhood aims to empower young black males to be at the centre of conversations and the action to address racial disparity & prejudice that is impacting their emotional wellbeing and limiting them to reach their full potential. 

Brotherhood hubs are extra curricular provisions for ages 12- 19 based in community settings, to support the personal and social development of young black males through co-creating a safe space essentially a youth club for young black males. There are 4 hubs operating in West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Oldbury and Smethwick.
