Starting Well is a free service to support expectant mothers and mothers of children 0 to 2 and half years old living within areas of Smethwick, Tipton, West Bromwich, Rowley Regis and Ladywood. 

Guidance for a healthy diet and active lifestyle during pregnancy

Advice and guidance for breastfeeding and weaning

Children's speech and language development

Peer-to-peer support groups with other expectant mothers
