The Kaleidoscope Plus Group works to promote and support positive health and wellbeing and we are committed to making sure that the services and facilities we provide are of the highest possible quality and that they continue to develop to meet the needs of the communities we serve.

What we do

SORT scheme SORT can support someone to keep on top of their bills, their finances and routine household tasks. Our support can also include helping people to access social, leisure and vocational opportunities or employment.

Opening Doors is a social prescribing service for Sandwell Residents. Our aim is to connect people to a variety of services and groups to improve their health and wellbeing.

Young People Talking Therapy Service is available for young people under the age of 16 with mild to moderate difficulties with their emotional health and wellbeing.

Primary Mental Health Workers work with children and young people, families and carers and professionals providing support where there are emotional or mental health concerns.

Suicide Bereavement support service the service provides a safe space for people who have been bereaved by suicide to come together and talk openly about their experience. The groups are facilitated by trained professionals who bring with them the skills and knowledge around coping with grief, loss and bereavement.

Independent Living is an intensive support service that can provide support 24 hours a day.  Support can be given to keep their property to a good standard, ensure utility bills are paid, cooking, cleaning, shopping, attending appointments, accessing activities within their community and emotional support and guidance with their mental wellbeing.
