Lifeline Listening
Lifeline Listening is available for individuals aged 18 + and provides up to ten 50-minute uninterrupted listening sessions, with a professionally trained volunteer. for individuals with low-level mental health, including low mood, anxiety and depression Lifeline Listening is a pre-cursor to counselling, providing non-judgmental and confidential sessions, giving a safe space to talk through life issues. This service is offered to anyone living in Sandwell.

- The service is free, but individuals can make a donation for the support received of £2.00

- Referral Details
Referrals can be self or completed by a professional. Our support is for those who are struggling with low-level mental health issues, or struggling with loneliness or isolation. Those who have more acute needs, will need to access support via their local mental health team or GP.
All clients are assessed prior to being matched to a listener. Assessment can take up to 1 hour.
