Rowley Springfield Children's Centre works in partnership with other agencies such as health visitors, midwives and local schools to support children and young people aged 0-19 years old.
Their services include: family support, health services; parenting programmes and antenatal support; early year’s education services, such as ‘stay and play’ sessions; school readiness sessions and speech and language support and family learning.
In addition they offer support for parents with adult learning and employment support. This may include language, literacy and numeracy support, family learning, access to apprenticeships and volunteering opportunities as steps toward employment and links to Jobcentre Plus.
Volunteering opportunities - parents with a minimum of 2 hours a week to spare can volunteer to support the work of the Children's Centre.
This Centre is a baby box distribution centre - Once you apply and complete the 3 steps, please bring your certificate (paper or screen shot version) to the centre on Tuesdays between 10am - 2pm to collect your box
